Q. What formats can you use as artwork.
A. Most Digital formats are OK e.g
jpeg, tiff, bmp, png, gif, cdr, pdf etc.
Or printed colour artwork sent via post.

What is the minimum order for badges?
A. 25 is the minimum first order , 10 for repeat orders.
Q. What size badge
should we have 6cm or 9cm?
A. A 6cm badge is o.k for
small logos with little text. If you want a large logo
or have lots of text we suggest 9cm for clarity.See the badges page for samples.
Q. When can I expect my sample badge?
A. 1 week to 10 days from order
date.
Q. What if we don't like our sample badge?
A. Tell us why and we
will try to correct the problem , but please try
to give us as much detail about your requirements when you order.Thanks!
Q. When can I expect

Q. Do you do woven badges?
A. Yes we can provide woven badges too (minimum 500)
Q. Can you supply Iron-on badges?
A. Yes we can see our How-to Iron-on sheet for information.Cost
is +5p per badge
N.B Not all fabrics are suitable for iron-on.e.g Fleeces

A. Yes, the price is including set-up and embroidery.

Q. Do you have any tips for the design of the logo on our cap?
A. Yes , remember the height restrictions for cap logos of 6cm , if
your required logo is tall an thin i.e a golfer , then consider having
your text either side to get a bigger logo. E.g.
Cap embroidery limitations are:
Front 12cm wide by 6cm tall
Rear embroidery (usually)6-8cm wide by 3cm tall.
Side embroidery 7cm wide by 4cm tall.
Q. Do you do cap printing?
A. No we specialise in embroidery.
Q. Do you supply plain caps?
A. Yes e-mail us for a price.
Q. How and when do we
pay?
A. When you have received your sample and invoice and if all is o.k.

much will multi-position embroidery on my cap be?
A. The four positions for embroidery on a cap are front , sides and rear.
The prices we quote already include one position embroidery, generally
you can add £1.75 per cap for extra positions
